Simplicity is key when you have fresh ingredients, but the fine points of good cooking techniques make all the difference.  We’ll make Garlic Shrimp with Mixed Greens, Grilled Hanger Steak with Chimichurri Sauce, Grilled Veggies, Potato Salad and Berries with Sabayon Sauce.
