Cooking fish is a delicate affair. We'll start with learning how to fillet a whole fish then create delicious fish dishes that focus on different techniques: sautéing, grilling, roasting and poaching. We'll make Fish Stock, Seared Sea Scallops, Garlic Shrimp, Fish Mediterranean, Seared Market Fish with Salsa Verde and New England Fish Chowder.
