Better Cooking: Secrets from a Restaurant Kitchen - $125

From years of teaching in a working restaurant kitchen, we’ve learned that it’s the tricks of the trade that people love most when they take classes with us. We’ll prepare a menu that highlights these tips as well as what equipment you really need in your kitchen to cook better. Menu will be 3 courses and based on what’s at the farmer’s market.
