The Chef

So you think you want to own a restaurant or maybe you just can't cook for more than four people in your tiny kitchen. One Night Stand will sate your appetite: a private cooking class in the CAMAJE restaurant kitchen during which you (or a group of you perhaps) prepare a fabulous meal for friends and family and serve it in our cozy dining room.
The chef for the night chooses and prepares an appetizer, main course and dessert. The guests arrive et voila!-a glorious repast, made by you. You'll leave feeling like a pro.
One to 24 guests may be invited.

One Night Stand starts at $275 for the first cook, and $75 for each additional cook up to 6 people. 1-25 guests may invited to enjoy the fruits of your labor of love.

The "chef" consults with Chef Abby Hitchcock to design a custom menu and arrives 1 1/2 - 2 hours prior to their guests for the private lesson in preparing the feast. They then enjoy their company and the meal, popping back to the kitchen to plate each course.
The price includes the cost of the meal, a glass of wine, the class itself, tax and gratuity. The guests' meals are priced a la carte.
